How your fee
is worked out

Multiply your monthly net collections by your plan rate. Net collections are the payments that actually reach your practice, after refunds and payer takebacks.

Example

What sets
your exact rate

Provider count and volume

More providers and claims lower your percentage.

Specialty

Behavioral health, facility and surgical billing take more work per claim.

Payer mix

Medicaid managed care, workers' comp and PI liens add follow-up.

Old AR

A large aged backlog is quoted as a separate recovery project.

Between 4% and 5% of monthly net collections: 4.9% for solo practices, 4.5% for groups of 2–10 providers, and volume pricing from 4.0% for larger groups and facilities.

No setup fee and no long-term contract. You can leave with 60 days' notice, or right away if we miss our service levels two months in a row.

The payments that actually reach your practice for claims we bill, after refunds and payer takebacks. You never pay on charges that go uncollected.

An in-house biller costs salary, benefits, software and clearinghouse fees every month, whatever you collect. Use the calculator above to compare both for your practice.

Yes on Enterprise. On Solo and Group, credentialing and payer enrollment are quoted per provider, per payer before work begins.

No. We work inside your current system, including DrChrono and eClinicalWorks, so there is no migration.

IOP/PHP, residential, detox, MAT and ABA programs are priced on the Enterprise plan, because authorization tracking and UB-04 billing take more work per claim.

Most practices are fully onboarded within 2–3 weeks of signing. We keep your current claims moving during the switch.
