What does the free revenue audit include?

Most Nevada practices are live in 10–14 business days. Larger groups with multiple locations or complex payer contracts typically take three to four weeks.

No. We work inside your existing system. We are experienced in DrChrono, eClinicalWorks, Athenahealth, Kareo, AdvancedMD and NextGen, among others.

How is pricing structured?

Most full-service clients pay a percentage of collections, typically 4–6% depending on specialty, volume and scope. Standalone services such as credentialing, coding and verification are priced per unit.

Is there a long-term contract?

Our standard agreement runs twelve months with a 60-day termination clause. We do not use auto-renewing multi-year lock-ins.

Yes. We sign a Business Associate Agreement before any PHI is exchanged, use role-based access with full audit logging, and require annual HIPAA training for every team member.

Where is our data stored?
