Unsigned notes and missing charges
Appointments marked complete without a signed note or charge never reach the claim. We run a daily missing-charge report from the Live Claims Feed and send it to providers.

Keep your DrChrono account. Our certified billers and coders run your full revenue cycle inside it — from eligibility checks and billing profiles to the Live Claims Feed, ERA posting, denials and AR. Your providers keep charting exactly as they do today.
DrChrono medical billing is the process of turning patient visits into paid claims inside DrChrono, the cloud-based, iPad-first EHR and practice management platform from EverHealth. Clinical notes feed straight into a CMS-1500 claim, billing profiles apply preset CPT and ICD-10-CM codes, and claims move through DrChrono's built-in eProvider Solutions (ePS) clearinghouse to the payer. Remittances come back as 835 ERAs and post into the patient ledger.
The software handles the workflow. It does not work. Someone still has to clear scrubbing errors, fix rejections in the Live Claims Feed, post payments that don't auto-match, appeal denials and chase aging balances. That is the work our DrChrono billing team takes on at Nevada Medical Billing.
DrChrono gives you strong billing tools. Revenue leaks when nobody has time to use them every day. These are the gaps we see most in DrChrono audits.
Appointments marked complete without a signed note or charge never reach the claim. We run a daily missing-charge report from the Live Claims Feed and send it to providers.
Profiles built years ago still carry old codes, missing modifiers or wrong units. We audit and rebuild them so the default claim is the correct one.
Scrubbing errors and clearinghouse rejections wait in the queue while the timely filing clock runs. We clear them every business day.
A payer without active ERA enrollment in ePS means manual posting and missed payments. We complete enrollment and reconcile every remit.
Denied claims get corrected once or left alone. We trace each CARC/RARC code to its root cause and appeal what is recoverable.
Statements go out late or not at all. We run a regular statement cycle and follow up before balances turn into bad debt.
One team handles every stage of your revenue cycle, all inside your DrChrono account and visible to your staff.

Worked every business day: missing charges added, billing statuses updated, holds and rejections cleared.
EDI and ERA enrollment managed, claim validation errors fixed, payer IDs kept current.
Rebuilt around your top visit types and payer contracts so providers bill correctly in one tap.
Batch eligibility run ahead of each day's schedule; real-time checks for walk-ins and new patients.
ERAs reconciled, EOBs posted, statements sent on a fixed cycle.
Aging AR, charge lag, denial and collections reports turned into one monthly KPI review.
There is no data migration, so onboarding is access, setup and backlog triage — not a software implementation.
We review 90 days of claims, denials, ERAs and AR aging in your account and show you where revenue is leaking.
We sign a Business Associate Agreement. Your admin creates named DrChrono user accounts with the permissions you choose.
Billing profiles, fee schedules, ePS EDI/ERA enrollment and payer rules reviewed and fixed.
Daily claim work starts. Aged AR is prioritized by dollar value and timely filing risk and worked in parallel.
You get a KPI report and a call with your account manager to review results and next fixes.
All three keep you on DrChrono. The difference is who works your claims and what you pay.

DrChrono billing has two costs: the DrChrono software subscription you already pay, and the people who work the billing. Outsourced billing companies usually charge a percentage of what they collect, so their incentive matches yours.
Nevada Med Billing charges starting from 4.99% of collections with no setup fee. Your final rate depends on specialty, number of providers, monthly claim volume and the services you include. The free audit comes with a written quote.
DrChrono is popular with specialty and behavioral health practices. Our coders are matched to your specialty's rules.
We're based in Las Vegas and bill for DrChrono practices across the United States. For Nevada practices, we add payer knowledge most national billing companies don't have: Noridian Medicare (Jurisdiction E), Nevada Medicaid (DHCFP) and its managed care plans — Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, Health Plan of Nevada, Molina Healthcare and SilverSummit Healthplan.
Benchmarks reflect widely used medical practice targets. Results depend on specialty, payer mix and existing AR.
